You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. g7777 will never request your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. You must notify g7777 immediately upon discovery of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. g7777 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login details.
g7777 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time where: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) g7777 has reason to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; (c) PAGCOR requires such action; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to g7777. In cases of suspected fraud, g7777 may withhold Account balances pending investigation.
An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. g7777 will notify the Player via their registered email address prior to applying an inactivity fee. Where applicable under PAGCOR rules, unclaimed balances on inactive Accounts may be handled in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
g7777 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, g7777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, even if g7777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. g7777's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Note: Nothing in these Terms limits g7777's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
The g7777 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While g7777 makes every effort to ensure Platform availability, no warranty is given that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to g7777's internal disputes resolution process. Players must submit a written complaint to g7777 support before escalating any matter to PAGCOR or the courts.
Where internal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of a Player's written complaint, the dispute may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or, where applicable, to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through PAGCOR processes.

Where amendments are material, registered Players will be notified via their registered email address no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the g7777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw your balance before the effective date.
